Must have:
- Provided support the culture work stream and report directly to the Culture of Compliance project manager.
- Collaborate with project team to plan, prepare materials for and conduct workshops, focus groups and interviews with project leadership and stakeholders
- Review/analyze survey data, compile interview/focus group themes and contribute to summary report development
- Participate in identification of communication and engagement needs and change impacts
- Support the development of culture project deliverables and artifacts including, but not limited to:
- Current State and Gap Analyses
- Worked on Culture Engagement Plan, Communications Plan and Materials, Compliance Metrics/KPIs
- Experience with Change Impact Assessment, Training Needs Assessment and Training Materials, and Culture Transition Plan/ Roadmap
- Provided input to weekly status reports
