Our client is looking for an experienced COBOL Developer to become a part of their team working on enrollment and billing systems upgrade. The ideal candidate will be involved in making changes to an existing system as well as writing new programming codes. A passionate professional developer committed to constructing high-quality systems following implementation best practices.
Must Have:
- 8+ years of experience in developing COBOL codes
- Strong background and hands on experience with IMS, DB2,JCL, DB/DC
- 8+ years of tracked experience in IBM Mainframe analysis
- Unit Testing, Reverse Engineering of COBOL codes
- Experience in proving IT Solutions to Health Insurance Industry
- In depth knowledge of health plans domains such as Group-Membership-Billing (GMB), Product and rates
- Excellent team player with a collaborative and supportive attitude, ability to lead others, adaptable, meticulous, self-motivated and independent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical, and problem solving skills
