Arthur Lawrence is urgently looking for Business Intelligence Business Analyst for one of our client in Portland, OR.
Project Description:
- Lead business analysis activities with the end goal of creating highly groomed requirements for the BI development teams to create reports and dashboards from.
- Work closely with the Product Owner and Scrum Master to scope, prioritize and balance supply and demand of resources.
- Embed and mesh with the larger BI team consisting of technical and non-technical roles.
- Collaborate with Project Manager and Functional Manager to develop program and work plans for the BI Program.
Must Have:
- Prior experience with PeopleSoft HCM data entity and relationships.
- Prior experience with Oracle HR Analytics metrics, reports and dashboards.
- Prior experience working in areas of employee demographics and/or talent management desired.
- Experience with an Agile with Scrum software development methodology.
- Ability to write SQL queries and perform data validation.
