Arthur Lawrence is looking for an Oracle Fusion Talent Management Functional Expert for our client in Chicago, IL.
Must Haves:
- Must have Experience with Oracle Fusion Talent Management modules including Succession Planning, performance Management and Employee / Job Profiles.
- Must have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in Oracle HRIS/HR including Designing, developing, and implementing software packages and troubleshooting Software Codes.
- Experience in implementation PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion HCM or other similar HRIS systems is a plus.
- Must have hands on experience in leading all phases of full life cycle implementation including Fit-Gap Analysis, requirements gathering, building, go-live, designing, and UAT testing.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business/Human Resources, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related HR would be required.
- Must have good communication skills.
