Arthur Lawrence is looking for an Organizational Business Change Management for one of our clients in Houston, TX

Must Have

• Minimum 5-7 years of Organizational Business Change Management experience which includes expertise in managing medium to large projects within a major corporate environment.
• The candidate must be experienced in proactive in organizational change management leadership, experienced in global, IT infrastructure implementations.
• Sound knowledge of stakeholder analysis, risk analysis and contingent plans, communications plans, training plans/Job aids leverage existing training material with possible innovative customization experienced in leading global telecommunication system transitions.
• Sound knowledge of Lync to Cisco's WebEx conference systems.
• Ability to proactively identify potential organizational and operational risks that may impact the delivery of the initiative
• Ability to partner with the project manager/work effort lead to integrate business change management activities into the project plan
• Ability to provide business change management guidance and insight to Project Manager and team
• Ability to Ensure all Business Change Management activities are effectively executed according to Project Management Office Change Management Methodology
