Arthur Lawrence is looking for a Business Intelligence Program Manager for our client in San Jose, CA.

Must Haves:

• Must have a minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience in a Business Intelligence or Information Technology environment with 5-7 years as a Program Manager.
• Experience in managing and leading Programs / Project teams to design, develop, construct, test and implement Business Intelligence and Analytics solutions to support upcoming directions.
• Must have the ability to direct the work ofbusiness and technical staff to complete all task ranging from small to mid-size, short-term analytics and business intelligence creativities.
• Should be able to plan, design and implement BI/Analytics solutions.
• Experience in developing comprehensive plans for implementing long term BI/Analytics solution and short-term changes to present BI/Analytics solutions using BW or Business Objects.
• Experience with BI/Analytics solutions like SAP BW, Business Objects, HANA is an added advantage.
• Must possess excellent Project Management skills and effectively monitor and communicate project status, business issues, and significant developments of the project.
• Must have excellent communication skills and analytical ability to work successfully with the project team members.
• Experience working in a Utility industry is a big Plus.
