Arthur Lawrence is urgently looking for a PeopleSoft HCM Functional Lead for our Big client in Schaumburg, IL, please review the Project details and respond back at your earliest.
Must have:
- Experience with multiple PeopleSoft HCM modules: Payroll, Core HR, Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence Management and e-modules
- Experience in CORE HR, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Recruitment,
Performance management , succession planning and Time and Labor/Absence
management resource an advanced understanding of the interactions and
purposes of the entire HCM suite. 9.2
- PeopleSoft version 9.2 and experience required with both upgrade and implementation experience
- Experience in employee and Manager self-service functionality desirable.
- Experience in health Care environment
- Experience with test script development and supports testing
- Good communication and inter personal skills
- Good experience in HR processes Hire, Transfer, Termination actions Etc.
Nice to have:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively on a project team
