Must Have
5+ years of experience as a Desktop Support Analyst
· Experience in providing support to desktop and mobile users
· Experience in installing windows and related software’s
· Experience in setting up hardware and configuring the required software’s
· Experience to support remote users connecting to the corporate network via VPN
Nice to have
· Excellent communication skills and problem solving
· Bachelor’s Degree in the related field
