Required Skills:

You focus on building solutions and on maintaining, optimizing and improving a client’s applications and systems. You contribute to a business and technical blueprint and customize the respective Software Package Core Module. You may also be responsible for unit testing, contribute to integration testing, and/or be responsible for the design and delivery of end-user training.

• Qualification: Minimum 3 year’s experience, Bachelor’s Degree.
• Certification: Should have or seeking SE or ERP/SAP Level 1. 
• Should be proficient in Package Configuration.
• Should have progressing skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design and Vendor Management

Job Description:

• CRM baseline configuration experience with SAP ECC integration
• CRM middleware plug-ins and real time experience on functional side of Enterprise Portals
• Good understanding of BADIs and able to work with technical team on PRICEFW objects
• Business partner type customer, employee & contact person definition and -replication between ECC & CRM
• Hands-on middleware configuration for downloading the master data components, business partner data, product master I-base & I-objects
• Configuration of document types, item categories, Item category determination, partner configuration, text configuration etc.
• BW and BOBJ integration. Sync with CRM dashboards by linking to the business roles.
• Candidate must have good experience with CRM Sales, Service; CRM Marketing is a big plus. Must know the following CRM processes: Account Management, Sales Order,  
• Opportunity Management and Pipeline Management, Call Process and External List Management, Campaign Management, Activity Management /Visit Process, Installed Base
