Must Have:

• At least 6 years of experience with database design and management using Oracle 11g or Oracle 12c
• 4+ years of experience in PL/SQL Development & SQL tuning to optimize performance
• 4+ years of experience in application performance
• Excellent communication skills

Nice To Have:

• Strong understanding of Integrated Eligibility domain
• Knowledge of Configuration Management tools such as ClearCase, ClearQuest, and Rational Team Concert
