Must Have:
- 4+ years of experience with technical support with Microsoft core business application and operating systems
- Provide basic technical support at network level with WAN and LAN
- Monitor the remote monitoring and management system alerts and notifications, and respond accordingly through service tickets
- Resolve complaint at customer level or escalate to engineer level support if required at TAT
- Candidate will need to enter and maintain data on Outlook Calendar
- Good communication skills also need to be able to multi task.
- Must be a good team player. Should also be able to lift objects around 30 Pounds
