Job Description:

Arthur Lawrence is urgently looking for Service Desk Support Engineer for our client in San Jose CA,

Please review project details and respond back at your earliest


Must Have:

  • 4+ years of experience with technical support with Microsoft core business application and operating systems
  • Provide basic technical support at network level with WAN and LAN
  • Monitor the remote monitoring and management system alerts and notifications, and respond accordingly through service tickets
  • Resolve complaint at customer level or escalate to engineer level support if required at TAT
  • Candidate will need to enter and maintain data on Outlook Calendar
  • Good communication skills also need to be able to multi task.
  • Must be a good team player. Should also be able to lift objects around 30 Pounds
