Arthur Lawrence is looking for PeopleSoft Payroll / Benefits Functional Lead for our client in New Orleans, LA.
Must Haves:
- Minimum of 7 - 10 years of PeopleSoft Payroll and Benefits expertise. Prior PeopleSoft v9.2 HR Implementation experience is a must. Hands on experience working with the HR modules especially with payroll and benefits v 9.2 is a must. Experience in designing, configuring and testing of the PeopleSoft v9.2 Human Resources system. Should have functional expertise of HR processes (Hire, Transfer, Termination actions for example) and experience in enabling these processes in PeopleSoft. Lead will develop requirements, document process maps, build configuration workbooks, configure the system and lead testing activities. Ability to partner with client business leads to address current state issues with future state processes, so this role will need a forward thinking strategic advisor to identify and implement changes to improve overall business function.
