Job Description:

 

Arthur Lawrence is urgently looking for Technical Support Analyst for our client in Naperville, IL. Kindly review project details and respond back at your earliest 

 

Must Have:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Technical Support
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
  • Extensive experience in providing end-user support, hardware support, video conferencing, and executive support
  • Experience in IT customer engagement and VPN technologies
  • Experience in Nortel, Cisco, and Active directory

 

Nice to Have:

  • Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
  • Relevant Certifications
