Arthur Lawrence is looking for a Help Desk Engineer for our client in Houston, TX. Please review the project description and respond at your earliest so we can proceed further.
Must Have:
- Provide basic technical support at network level with WAN and LAN along with routers firewalls and security
- Monitor the remote monitoring and management system alerts and notifications, and respond accordingly through service tickets
- Resolve complaint at customer level or escalate to engineer level support if required at TAT
- Candidate will need to enter time and expenses in Connect wise.
- Good communication skills also need to be able to multi task
