Arthur Lawrence is looking for an Active Directory / Office 365 Migration Specialist for my direct client in Houston, TX.
Primary Responsibility:
- Migrate users from one Active Directory domain to another following the established ADMT (Active Directory Migration Tool) process and working with the existing project team.
Minimum Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of strong Active Directory and Office 365 migration expertise.
- Must have good experience in supporting IT infrastructure with 1000+ users/mailboxes.
- Hands on expertise supporting and troubleshooting Office 365 including email and skype.
- End-user support and general windows administration in Windows 7, 10, 2008 and 2012 environments inclusive of Active Directory user, and workstation.
- Expertise in DNS, conditional forwarding, AD Sites and Services, SID history and Security translations.
- Setup shared team mailboxes, long term archive mailboxes, Conference rooms and other special mailboxes in office 365.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incident and problem tickets timely.
- Ability to maintain a positive and friendly attitude all the time.
- Must have strong service orientation required.
- Great Customer Service and excellence in written and verbal communication.
