Arthur Lawrence is looking for a contract role of Java/Cassandra Developer for one of the client based in Mount Laurel, NJ.

Note: Applicants with Hadoop and BigData with prior Java experience will not be applicable for this role. We are looking for pure Java J2EE application developer with experience in developing applications with Cassandra as backend.

• 5+ years of seasoned Java J2EE developer
• Should have proficiency in Java J2EE in:

  • Hibernate
  • Spring
  • Web services.

• Have experience in Cassandra Administration:

•  
  • Able to design Cassandra Data Model.
  • Have experience in Cassandra workings, components and configurations.
  • Should have working knowledge on Multiple Data Centres in Cassandra.
  • Have knowledge in DataStax Agent and Node Tool
  • Have experience with OpsCenter for real-time monitoring, tuning, provisioning, backup and security management.
