JOB DUTIES:
- Reporting to management regarding the potential issues affecting expenses, balances or cash flow of Company by preparing various cash flow forecasts and performing financial modelling;
- Reviewing current financial reports and suggesting recommendations in accordance with the local statutory requirements, including but not limited to the industry and US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP);
- Conducting a final review and timely distribution of agreed deliverables to client's executive management, including CEO, CFO and private equity team, which includes but is not limited to cash flow reports, profit and loss accounts, daily bank position of group of companies, balance sheets and variance analysis reports and notes;
- Preparing and documenting current states of procure to pay (P2P), record to report (R2R) and order to cash (O2C) processes of client and advising future state where required;
- Working with executive management for formulating billing grids, monthly reporting packs, budgets & forecasts, including the comparisons of budgets with actual results along with detailed analysis. Further to devise plans to report the monthly reconciliation of inter-company accounts; and Involvement in decision making for resolution of critical reportable matters, including liaison with external/internal auditors during the audit process and resolution.
- Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
- Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel and direct their work activities.
- Survey operations to ascertain accounting needs and to recommend, develop, or maintain solutions to business and financial problems.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance or its equivalent
SALARY: $71,365.00 PER YEAR.
