Responsibilities:

Measure the overall effectiveness of the business operations,
Conduct market research in market trends and needs of our industry, analyzing local marketing staffs and effectiveness of country partners both growers and customers—10%
Evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing tools, ads, including metrics for persuasion, attention value.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the management tools,
Determine any differences between ads
Evaluate the cultural relevance of the ads pertinent to a certain industry
Determine what messages were communicated and what images were projected
Identify how the image of the products might be strengthened or improved
