Must Have:
- Years of Experience Required - 4-8 years
- Mastery of color, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Mastery of data visualization and structured data
- Experience working with complex design systems
- Experience applying Accessibility best practices (WCAG)
- Advanced understanding of Web technologies and their impact on UI design
- Thorough knowledge of user-centered design principles and approach
- Experience working in the full lifecycle of Lean/Agile delivery model
- Mastery in Sketch, Photoshop, InVision
- Experience with complex system design required. Experience with data visualization preferred.
- Establish a systematic interaction design language
- Drive the future vision of the brand for Web, Mobile, and other relevant products
- Be actively involved in shaping design solutions and concepts
- Collaborate with clients to define a visual vocabulary and pattern library
- Collaborate with engineers and QA to ensure design quality at each step of the development process
- Present designs and concepts to product managers, engineers and other stakeholders
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant experience
- Relevant Certifications
