Must have:
- At least 5-9 years of experience in the capacity of Business Change Management Analyst
- Experience in overall Project Management Office project plan
- Required experience in planning, developing, and executing various business change management tasks (Training Analysis, Communications Analyst, Stakeholder Analysis)
- Strong hands-on experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) from IT industry
- Excellent communication skills required (Written and Oral)
