Must Have:
- Worked atleast 3 years with Java and J2EE technologies, XML and Web services
- 2 Years' experience in creating Corticon vocabulary and Data Contracts
- Experience in Integrated eligibility system
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience of developing Corticon rules Vocabulary
- Experience authoring/modeling Rules and creating rules flow in Corticon.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate to technical and non-technical audience
- Experience of Analyzing operational needs and using the Corticon modeling studio to model, test optimize and package business rules.
- Knowledge of Troubleshooting the Corticon Business Rules Server operations using the logs and exception messages it produces
- Experience with analyzing business, functional and non-functional requirements to create technical design documents.
- Experience working within a project team using the Agile methodology and/or the Scrum process.
- Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Abilty to work with welfare case management/eligibility determination systems.
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science.
- Knowledge of Corticon Foundation API
- Knowledge of Unix and Web Sphere
- Knowledge of Modeling using Corticon Rules Engine Studio
- Experience working with SQL
