Arthur Lawrence is urgently hiring for an Organizational Change Management Analyst for our client. Please find the details below.

 

Requirements:

  • Must have at least 7-10 years of experience as an OCM Analyst / Consultant
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience as an OCM Lead covering SAP HR / SuccessFactors deployment
  • OCM Project plan / schedule
  • Stakeholder analysis, sustainability planning
  • Training Planning, Design, Development
  • Certification in Change Management is preferred
  • Communications skills should be impeccable
