Arthur Lawrence is looking to immediately hire a Certified Scrum Master for my client in Reston, VA.
Must Haves:
- Minimum of 5+ years of Scrum Master expertise.
- Experience to Mentor and coach the teams on Agile methodology and Scrum values and process.
- Facilitate PI (Program Increment) and sprint planning processes, as well as all other scrum ceremonies, and empower team commitment to PI and sprint delivery
- Lead the development of new products and features for our award-winning suite of credit management sites.
- Manage daily stand-up meetings for the product teams and organize business demos for sprint deliverables.
- Lead team retrospectives and help the team identify opportunities for improvement.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required; Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with a high comfort level presenting to a variety of audiences, including senior management. Communication is critical.
