Must Have:
- 8 to 10 years of experience required
- Implementation and tuning experience specifically using Amazon Elastic Map Reduce
- Good understanding of HIVE meta store configuration
- Experience with SPARK on EMR
- Experience with RDS(postgress)
- Experience in AWS cloud formation constructs and implementation
- Experience in optimizing RedShift Cluster
- Experience in cloud solution engineer with EMR experience to support us on Enterprise Data Lake implementation
- Ability to work in within DC region. Usually at Reston or Herndon locations, but occasionally meetings occur in Washington DC.
- Experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS) Native Services provisioning, installation, and configuration
Nice to Have:
- Performance tuning of Spark
