Arthur Lawrence is looking to immediately hire an SAP Quality Management - QM Techno-Functional Expert for our client in Springfield, IL.

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of hands on expertise in SAP Quality Management and implementation expertise.
• Planning, design, configuration, testing, training of SAP QM Module.
• Configuration of all of SAP QM functionality.
• Development of Functional Design Specifications (FDS) and other detailed enhancement documentation to support modifications being requested.
• Cross-functional work with MM, PP, ABAP, Security, Basis, Operations, and other teams as necessary to resolve technical and process issues
• Identify opportunities for process improvements either in existing designs or by adopting new functionalities available in ECC 7.4 and higher
• Search and Implement SAP's OSS when needed
• Work closely with Product and ABAP teams to hit cutover targets and deliverables
• Supporting end users during initial go-live Should have experience in SAP-related modules, must have the aptitude in to interface the SAP QM module.
• Should be able to demonstrate ability to solve complex issues quickly and creatively.
• Should have strong and professional customer service skills with a confident approach and excellent communication skills.
