PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Works with project leadership and clients to establish, enforce and monitor steps of doneness for various types of activities that are done during Development and Maintenance phases of a project for quality of delivery.
• Works with leadership and/or architects and clients to establish and enforce technology standards, best practices and approaches to be leveraged by the team.
• Ensures different dependencies are tracked and resolved on time.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues on projects.
• Drives setup of the different environments (development, testing, staging, production etc).
• May be required to support and enhance existing client applications.

 REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

Must Have:

• Firsthand experience of Spring Boot framework including JPA, Messaging, Restful and SpringBootTest
• Hands-on experience and strong grip on Java 1.6 and above
• Practical knowledge of ActiveMq messaging concepts
• Implemented ETL methodologies in data integration where Informatica is preferable
• Strong grip on Microservices concepts incorporating its implementation and architecture
• Knowledge of pair programming and agile development is compulsory

Nice to have:

• Working experience with Investment banking
• Comprehension of Splunk, AppDynamics, Openshift
• Adequate understanding and knowledge of shell scripting, trading systems, coding practices etc.
• Expertise on writing Junit Mokito tests
