Job Description:

 

Arthur Lawrence is urgently looking for a Scrum Master for one of our client in Arlington, VA either on C2C or 1099. 

Must Have

  • 7+ years of experience in Software development
  • 4-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • Must have led multiple Scrum Teams
  • Worked previously either as Business Analyst, Developer, Project Manager, or a tester
  • Worked with multiple Agile frameworks specifically Kanban, Scrum etc.
  • Scrum Master certification

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor or relevant field experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • MBA will be a plus
