Arthur Lawrence is urgently looking to hire a Senior Change Management Consultant for my client in Fredericksburg, VA.
Must Haves:
- 8 - 10 years of strong Organizational Change Management and Communications expertise.
- Collaborate with Change Management & Communication Leads along with cross-functional teams to understand communication needs, timelines and key milestones.
- Utilize innovation, creative approaches and continuous improvement to drive communications, training, change management and other project related content to improve the absorption and adaption of key messages
- Develop training user guides, FAQs and other documentation to complement training efforts
- Handle all training logistics including reservations, sign-in sheet, classroom setup, material organization & creation, laptop setup, and remote training setup
- Experience leading communications campaign, including creating cascading messages, talking points, posters, job aids, presentations, is a plus.
