Job Description:

Arthur Lawrence is urgently looking for Tech Support for a contract role in Roswell, GA. Candidates who are currently authorized to work in USA are highly preferred. Your immediate application will enable us to place you successfully.

Must Have:

  • Experience working as Technology Support Specialist I.
  • Experience with deployment of hardware and software.
  • Hands on experience with troubleshooting software and hardware triage support.
  • Experience handling administrative tasks.
  • Experience with diagnose problem with research, isolation using automated system vis Remedy.
  • Experience with Windows 7/10 and Outlook.

 

Nice to Have:

  • Relevant certifications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
