Job Description:

 

Arthur Lawrence is urgently looking for Change Management Analyst II for contract role in Houston, TX. Candidates who are currently authorized to work in USA are highly preferred. Your immediate application will enable us to place you successfully.

Must Have:

  • 7+ years of experience with leading OCM on large scale.
  • Experience with escalate OCM related risks.
  • Hands on facilitate process workshop and training.
  • Hands on OCM methodology and toolkit.
  • Experience with OCM project work plan and schedule.
  • Experience with OCM Metrics and Sustainability planning.

Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor s degree in related field.
  • Experience with Big 4 Consulting firm.
  • Hands on delivering OCM activities in the project lifecycle.
  • Organizational Change Management Certification.
