Must Have:
- Experience with supporting Windows 7 and 10 (backup, troubleshooting and installation).
- Experience with outlook and Exchange support.
- Knowledge of Bitlocker, SCCM App Catalog and etc.
- Prior experience providing Customer Service.
- Valid driving license.
