Job Description:

Arthur Lawrence is urgently looking for Enterprise Coach for Full time role in Alexandria, VA. Candidates who are currently authorized to work in USA are highly preferred. Your immediate application will enable us to place you successfully.

Must Have:

  • Experience working as Transformation or Executive Coaches.
  • Experience with IT executive coaching, business coaching and manager coaching.
  • Hands on experience with coaching individual agile and lean teams for different type of situations.
  • Hands on coaching IT executive for disciplined Agile IT (DAIT) department work.
  • Experience with modern agile practices related to non-IT function ( Human resources and finance).
  • Experience with Lean approaches to organization transformation and Organizational Change Management (OCM).
