Job Description:

Arthur Lawrence is urgently looking for Technical Support Analyst in Woodlawn, MD. this is a contract role. Kindly review the Job Description and if you are interested please forward your updated resume for immediate consideration for Submission.

Must Have:

  • 1+ year of experience with supporting IT technology
  • Experience with deployment of Hardware and software (Installing and testing)
  • Experience with troubleshooting Window 10
  • Experience with internet application and MS Office tools
  • Hands on repairing hardware and identifying technical problems
  • Hands on performing asset management activities (tracking, receipt and procurement)
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or relevant field
