Job Description:

Arthur Lawrence is urgently looking for Field Service Analyst in Madison, OH. this is a contract role. Kindly review the Job Description and if you are interested please forward your updated resume for immediate consideration for Submission.

Must Have:

  • 3+ years of experience with installing hardware and Configuring Microsoft Suite Products
  • Experience with supporting Microsoft Suite product (Power Point and Window 00/03, Visio)
  • Experience with SAP, Outlook, Active Directory, MS word, Excel and Publisher
  • Experience with installing new hardware in computer
  • Hands on Microsoft window 10 and Office 365
  • Experience monitoring Help Desk mailbox and log request into Helpdesk system

Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor s degree in relevant field
  • Relevant Certification
