Must Have:
- 8+ years of IT experience
- 5+ years of experience working as Incident Manager
- Experience with Business flow, technical design, incident management, problem management and change management
- Hands on Technical architecture, development and Telecom business process
- Familiarity with OSS/BSS, Billing and Activation Provisioning
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor's degree Engineering or relevant field
