Must Have:
- 3+ years of experience with installing computers and its hardware
- 2+ years of experience with configuring Microsoft Suite Products
- Experience with supporting Microsoft suite products (Access, publisher, Window00/03/NT, Visio and Excel)
- Experience working with Desktop applications (Microsoft Outlook, Active Directory and SAP)
- Previous experience of Customer Services
- Experience with Windows 2010, and MS Exchange)
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor s degree in relevant field
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certification
