Must Have:
- Prior 8-10 years of professional experience in working with Oracle MDM
- Minimum 2 implementations that exploit the full capabilities (discover, design, implement and optimize) of Oracle MDM including Product Data Hub, Supplier Hub, and Customer Hub
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a professional services company, consulting firm, or agency with demonstrated success in performing work and managing complex and/or large consulting projects
- Solid understanding of delivery methodology and leading teams in the implementation of the solution according to the design/architecture
- Hands-on experience in project & solution estimation and team structure definition
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Nice to Have:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certification in Oracle or Oracle MDM products
- Prior experience in Leadership and team management with good track record of delivering solutions within defined timeframes
