Must Have:

- Familiarity with content best practice, customer focus and benefit driven messaging
- Experience with producing wireframe copy and content assessment
- Hands on content strategy and knowledge of business writing
- Experience with content strategy principle and process
- Hands on identifying spelling mistake, naming convention and grammatical error
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Library Science or relevant field
