Must Have:

• 2+ years of experience with IT Fundamental
• Experience with Windows support and IT support
• Hands on hardware and software development (Configuring, testing and installing)
• Experience with performing basic hardware triage support and software troubleshooting
• Experience with administrative task (changing password)
• Experience with Asset management activities (tracking, receipt, procurement)
• Experience with maintain inventory, document update and Track Software license
• Hands on supporting off-site meeting and functions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant work experience

Nice to Have:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Technology related Certification
