Must Have:
- Provided support to the customers through utilizing Agile approaches
- Knowledge of the implementation of change management process
- Hands on with design, delivery, and development support
- Experience in design, development, delivery and management of communications
- Stakeholder analysis, conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
- Hands on with risk mitigation, defining organizational structure, maintaining documents, and conducting impact analysis.

- PROSCI certified
- SAFe certified
