MUST HAVE:

• At least 5 to 8 years of experience in ITSM Service Delivery Management or an ITIL environment
• 5 to 8 years of experience in Operation discipline: Configuration Management, Variance Analysis, Performance baselines, Manage RTM, Forecasting and Reporting, Risk Management, Vendor management, Value Engineering
• Hands-on experience with DevOps, Application Maturity and Site Reliability in Unix, Linux, MYSQL, NO SQL and Oracle Platform
• Proficient in bot/robot based predictive monitoring implementation, AI, ML and DL based monitoring implementation and migrating legacy infrastructure to cloud

NICE TO HAVE:

• Certification in Agile, and AWS cloud or MS Azure
• Excellent communication skills
