Required Skills

• Prior experience of about 3-5 years’ in the customer service field
• Strong knowledge of LIMS Production Backup and Development Refreshes
• Ability to Add/modify test codes to Labware
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, LIMS preferred)
• High level proficiency in typing
