Arthur Lawrence is looking for an ECM / Change Management Lead to become part of International Enterprise Content Management practice. The perfect candidate but should be willing to travel to client locations within United States and Middle East. It may include 3 weeks work in Middle East and 1 Week work from home in US. Since, International travel is required for this project so we can only consider US citizen with valid passports.

Must Haves:

Minimum of 8 years in Change Management

Worked on Change Methodologies,Processes, Efforts, Integration, etc.

            Led Change Management Team

            Familiar with ECM (Enterprise Content Management) application(s)

Experience or familiar with MS SharePoint

Project management methodology &Microsoft Project plan experience

Business Process Management functionality

Development of project documentation including any requirements definition, user test cases, design documents &proposals

Nice to Have:

Experience with ECM applications like Documentum, File Net, OpenText, UCM/URM, WebSphere, and Sharepoint

Implementation/project delivery experience in one or multiple ECM solutions

Experience with Knowledge Management,Information Management, and other Content Management

Qualification:

Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree

Certification in knowledge Management or any software vendor certification preferred

Completed studies of concentration in Computer Science or Library and Information Sciences preferred
