Must Have:
- 3-5 years of experience in software product ownership, technical product management, business analysis, or technical team leadership within a large organization
- Ability to translating customer needs into product design documentation including user stories, product capabilities and market requirements
- Expertise to create and decompose features and write user stories with specific and actionable test acceptance criteria
- Proven experience of business Intelligence, business analytics, data warehousing, data acquisition, big data engineering or analytics, or some combination of data and technical platforms
- Experience in health care domain with Data engineering and product delivery
- Agile certifications such as scrum product owner or scrum master
- Hands on experience with agile work tracking tool - Rally, Jira etc
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- Hands on managing product roadmap within aha tool
- Organizational skills with customer empathy and capability to work with ambiguity and changing priorities
