Description:
* Creating corrections and patches
* Quality Assurance
* Support Message Handling
* Third level Customer Support
* Creating support notes and documentation
* Alignment and Education with other teams within SAP
* Code Ownership in the area of TRM
* Programming skills: Strong development knowledge - minimum 2 years of experience (ABAP and ABAP OO knowledge are an asset)
* Basic knowledge of Treasury Management or Accounting is an advantage
* Ability to analyze and solve problems as well as to make decisions
* Able to identify knowledge gaps and fill through own initiative
* Strong analytic skills
* Ability to work independently
* High capability to adapt to new situations/problems
* Good team player
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (MBA or Master's Degree in computer science, engineering, natural science or mathematics preferred)
* Very good communication skills
