Must Have:

• 14+ years of experience with Esri / ArcGIS software (Desktop, Server, Portal technologies)
• 10+ years of expertise in implementing of GIS for utilities' gas operations.
• Familiar with AWS, VMWare and Hyper-V virtual server implementation, optimization, and management
• Experience with implementing bolt-on solutions for emergency operations and leveraging the power of spatial analytics in resolving the business problem.
• Hands on experience in deploying both business and IT systems for emergency operations
