Must Have:

• Mature experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion Human Capital modules.
• Have an expertise of minimum two full-cycle implementations of HCM Cloud Projects.
• 2+ years of combined experience in Cloud and Non-Cloud HCM.
• Expertise over any one of Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, or Absence Management Modules.
• Work experience in supporting the self-service users.
• Be able to configure, test and document the applications as per requirement.
• Be able provide functional guidance to technical team.
• Be able to work closely with the technical team to debug the production issues.
• Worked on quarterly patch update testing and rollout.
• Be able to analyze and resolve technical queries during project execution.
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn new functionalities and technologies.
• Expertise in Fusion security & roles
• Expertise in Fusion Business Process Management (BPM), Approval workflow

Nice to Have

• Oracle cloud HCM Certification.
• Expertise in creating queries, BI publisher report is a plus.
• Certifications in Payroll & Benefits.
• Experience in Absence management protocols.
• Expertise in OTBI and BI Reporting.
