Must Have:

·       Be able to perform independent functional and technical analysis.

·       Be able to detect, analyze and resolve internal incidents.

·       Diligently communicate and work with support teams and user communities.

·       Expert in performing RCA and designing service improvements.

·       Be able to coordinate and validate the implementation of changes.

·       Experience over all the processes defined under ITIL.

·       Be able to technically lead and groom the team of support executives placed on multiple locations.

·       Be able to create new opportunities via guiding and grooming the team towards transition of manual work to automation. 

·       Be able to smoothly conduct blameless PMR.

·       Experience in utilizing monitoring and observability tools for effective triaging, tracing & debugging.

·       Strong expertise over Big data ecosystem related products, Hive, Hbase, Hue, Spark, Pyspark, Python, and Unix.

Nice to Have:

·       Expertise over Kafka, Cloudera, AppD, and Splunk
