Must Have Skills:

• Experienced in Designing on configurations and solution to meet technical requirements of a messaging, chat, & chatbot deployment.
• Experience in Deploying, setting up, developing, configuring, and testing all technical assets according to the scope & timelines of customers project plan/program requirements.
• Well-versed in working with LiveEngage code deployment.
• Experienced in working with Extend Product, Subject Matter Expert, Technical Consulting, & delivering best practices.
• Well-versed in working with LivePerson's Product & Services as well as Digital based technologies.
• Experienced in using Restful APIs and SDKs.
• Experienced in web development technologies - JavaScript, Angular, Nodejs, CSS, HTML, Docker, and Kubernetes.
