Must Have:
- 5-7 years of experience as an AWS DevOps Engineer
- Experience working with AWS Management Tools, Chatbots, AI, Amazon Cloud Service, and Contact Channel Integration
- Hands-on experience with AWS Connect, Contact Lens, Calabrio, AWS Kinesis, Cloud Architecture Design, Contact Lens, and Acqueon
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with Amazon Lambda would be plus
